Delivery Policy

dōTERRA’s delivery policy in Europe includes the following: 

• Small items: Small items, such as 10ml essential oils and 50ml or 100ml vegetable oils, are sent out quickly 
• Royal Mail: Shipments sent via Royal Mail typically arrive within two weeks 
• DHL: Shipments sent via DHL typically arrive within two days 
• Tracked courier: For courier deliveries, there is a tracked service option 
• Special instructions: If it is not safe to leave the package, customers can leave special instructions when placing the order 
• In-stock items: In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days
