Hello! I’m Jan Alexander, founder of Scented Sky London. I’m a Mum, business owner and essential oil trainer. I love connecting with like-minded people and I am very pleased you are here.

It was when I was going through the Menopause, suffering all the symptoms that came with it, quite by chance, I came across essential oils. I had never used them but, they fitted in with my thinking. I came to understand that my mood swings and hormone imbalances were all down to the food I was eating and particularly, my gut health. I then started to use dōTERRA essential oils and supplements daily which frankly, has changed my health.

How then, could I not share the great health benefits so I became a trainer to teach others who were looking for a natural lifestyle.
