Uses
- Apply to neck and wrists to promote feelings of peace.
- Add to Fractionated Coconut Oil and use in a soothing massage.
- Place on bottoms of feet in the morning to promote feelings of comfort and reassurance.
Directions
Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
