Refund and Returns Policy

dōTERRA’s refund policy for Wellness Advocates includes the following: 

• 30-day returns

Wellness Advocates can return products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping and bonuses. 

• 91–12-month returns

Wellness Advocates can return products for a 90% refund or product credit within 91–12 months of purchase, minus shipping and bonuses. This does not apply to limited time offers or expired items. 

• Currently Marketable products

Products are considered “Currently Marketable” if they are unused, have not been altered, and are still within their expiration date
